Russell Scott Perry and Marit Renoe were married on Saturday, October 2, 2004, at the home of Robert M. Lee and wife, Linda Lee, in Raleigh. The afternoon was sunny right up until the wedding time, when there was a brief shower. As a result of the shower, the gazebo setting was changed. The chairs were moved under the tent, and the wedding party stood on the steps leading from the family room to the patio, where the guests were seated.
